Who We Are
rel-ease is a business hub SaaS platform for small and medium-sized businesses. It helps companies manage communications, contacts, website content, products, invoices and related business workflows in one place.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as names, email addresses, company names and team membership.
- Business profile information, such as website, contact details, logo and billing/contact records added by users.
- Communication data, such as messages, conversation history, sender identifiers, timestamps and channel information.
- Connected channel information, such as Facebook Page IDs, Page names and access tokens needed to connect approved business channels.
- Operational data, such as login/session information, webhook activity and basic diagnostic logs used to keep the service working.
Facebook and Meta Integrations
When a business connects a Facebook Page to rel-ease, the business authorises rel-ease to access selected Page messaging features. rel-ease uses this access to receive Page messages, create inbox conversations, and allow authorised team members to reply from within rel-ease.
rel-ease only uses Meta data to provide the connected messaging service requested by the business. We do not sell Meta user data, and we do not use message content for advertising.
How We Use Information
- To provide the rel-ease workspace and unified inbox.
- To route messages into the correct company workspace and conversation thread.
- To allow team members to assign, reply to, resolve and manage conversations.
- To provide customer/contact, product, invoicing, website CMS and business settings features.
- To secure, troubleshoot and improve the service.
How We Store and Protect Information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information stored in rel-ease. Access to each workspace is restricted to authorised users of that company. Connected channel tokens are stored so the platform can provide the requested integration.
Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers only where needed to operate rel-ease, comply with law, protect the platform, or deliver integrations requested by a business.
Data Retention
We retain workspace data while an account is active or as needed to provide the service. Businesses can remove connected channels, archive records, delete content, or request deletion of account data where applicable.
Your Choices
- You can disconnect a Facebook Page or other channel from within rel-ease.
- You can ask us to delete account or integration data associated with your workspace.
- You can remove rel-ease from your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of data associated with your rel-ease account or a connected Meta/Facebook integration, contact us at privacy@rel-ease.com. Please include your company name, account email address and the connected Page or channel you want removed.
