About rel-ease

rel-ease is a business hub SaaS platform that helps companies manage communications, contacts, website content, image libraries, products, invoices, scheduled invoices, team members and related business workflows.

Using the Service

  • You must provide accurate account and business information.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out by users in your workspace.
  • You must keep login details secure and only give access to authorised team members.
  • You must not use rel-ease to send unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive or spam content.

Connected Channels

rel-ease may allow you to connect third-party channels such as Facebook Pages and Messenger. By connecting a channel, you confirm that you have authority to connect and manage that channel for your business.

Third-party platforms may have their own terms, policies, limits and review requirements. rel-ease is not responsible for changes, outages, permission decisions or restrictions imposed by those platforms.

Meta and Facebook Integrations

When you connect a Facebook Page, rel-ease uses the permissions you approve to receive Page messages, create conversations in your unified inbox and send replies from authorised workspace users. You remain responsible for the content your team sends through connected channels.

Your Content and Data

You retain responsibility for the business data, messages, files, page content, product information, invoice details and other content added to your workspace. You grant rel-ease permission to process that content only as needed to provide and support the service.

Backups and Data Loss

You are responsible for keeping suitable backups and copies of any business-critical data, files, messages, website content, invoices, contacts, product information and other material you store in rel-ease.

Although we aim to run a reliable service, rel-ease is not responsible for any loss, corruption, deletion, interruption or inability to access your data. You should regularly export or back up your data, especially before making major changes, deleting content, changing integrations or relying on rel-ease records for accounting, legal, operational or customer purposes.

Billing and Invoicing Features

rel-ease may include tools for creating products, invoices and scheduled invoices. These tools are provided to help manage business records, but you are responsible for checking invoice accuracy, tax treatment, payment terms and legal compliance before sending documents to customers.

Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but rel-ease may be updated, interrupted, suspended or changed from time to time. We may add, remove or modify features as the platform evolves.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to access another company workspace without permission.
  • Do not interfere with the security, stability or performance of the service.
  • Do not upload malicious code or use rel-ease to distribute harmful content.
  • Do not misuse connected messaging channels or violate platform policies.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, creates risk for the platform or others, violates these terms, or is required to comply with law or third-party platform requirements.

Disclaimers

rel-ease is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every business purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, rel-ease is not liable for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, data recovery costs or indirect/consequential losses arising from use of the service.
